Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of Back to the Roots ("Sponsor"), Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures ("Disney"), their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2025 11:00AM PST and ends at 11:59 PM PST on June 15, 2025.

Limit
One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (Approximate Retail Value: $100):

• 2 x Organic All Purpose Plant Food
• 2 x Organic All Purpose Potting Mix (1 cu. ft.)
Prize in non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All taxes associated with the use or claiming of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on or about June 15, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from @BacktotheRoots_Official within 5 days after the sweepstakes ends. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Shipping
Prize will be shipped to a U.S. address provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lot or damaged shipments.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the integrity of the sweepstakes. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Official Rules to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law; and in such event, to select winner by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall consider equitable. Winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor and assigns unconditional right to use his/her, name, address (state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the sweepstakes for any programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, Instagram, and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Agreement to Privacy Policy

Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
For claims involving Disney intellectual property,
California law shall govern, but nothing in these Official Rules shall be deemed to restrict or limit the rights or defenses available to Disney under applicable federal or state law, including but not limited to laws related to intellectual property rights.
