Back to the Roots non-GMO Cocoa Clusters is a chocolatey delight containing 30 grams whole grain per serving, 4 grams of protein per serving, and 4 grams of fiber per serving. This delicious cereal uses only 4 ingredients: 100% organic stoneground whole wheat from California, pure non-alkalized cocoa from the Dominican Republic, organic cane sugar from Florida, and sea salt from the San Francisco Bay.
Using only Fair Trade certified cocoa, the Cocoa Clusters cocoa pods are grown and harvested by farmer cooperatives in the Dominican Republic. The unique chocolate flavor is created through the fermentation and drying process. The cocoa is then roasted and ground into cocoa powder that is used to coat the 100% stoneground whole-wheat flakes. The flakes are toasted for 7 minutes for a perfect crispy crunch.
Our California Whole Wheat non-GMO cereal is the first US-grown, 100% stoneground breakfast cereal with only 3 ingredients: 100% organic stoneground whole wheat from California, organic cane sugar from Florida, and sea salt from the San Francisco Bay. This cereal contains 40 grams of whole grain per serving, 6 grams of protein per serving and 5 grams of fiber per serving.
This non-GMO cereal contains organic hard red winter wheat from California’s San Joaquin Valley. The wheat is stoneground using an old stonemill in San Francisco, which preserves all of the natural flavor, protein, and fiber. Through this ancient milling process, one pound of whole-wheat kernels enters the mill, and one pound of flour comes out. The cereal is flaked into its shell shape, and then toasted for 7 minutes.
