When will my order be processed?
The majority of orders placed after 2:00 am PST are processed to ship the following business day. However, during peak holiday season (from Thanksgiving to the end of the year), there are situations when processing can take up to 2 business days.
How does express shipping work?
Please remember to add 1 business day for processing. i.e., overnight shipping will take 1 business day for processing, and 1 business day for shipping.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipping, you will be notified by email via email (subject line: ‘Your Order is on Its Way!’) with a tracking number.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the new shipping address. Please note, this is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to make changes up until 4pm PST. After that time, we will not be able to make edits to your order.
How can I change the shipping speed of my order?

What shipping couriers do you use?
We use FedEx, USPS, and sometimes UPS. All orders over $40 will ship FedEx Ground and must be delivered to a physical address. All deliveries to PO boxes will ship with USPS. Generally, orders up to $24.99 ship via USPS Priority.
When will I receive my order?
Within 2-6 business days. Exclusions apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you have any shipping restrictions?
Please note, free shipping on orders of $50 and up does NOT apply to orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S.
We do not ship outside the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
