Nutritious and Fun

I didn't love the microgreens as much as the sunflower and mushrooms. I wanted to eat the whole thing (including seed and roots) so there was a lot of dirt to wash off. I guess if you clip the sprouts, that makes it easier. They grew so fast and popped up right on the timing the box said.
