Return Policy

Water Garden Returns and Refund
You may return your Back To The Roots Water Garden for refund or exchange within 90 days of the order date. (The order date can be found on your order notification provided to you by email). Your Water Garden must be returned in like-new, resalable condition. If used but undamaged, customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or your Water Garden arrived defective or damaged we're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Please contact us via email within 15 days of receiving your Water Garden for a replacement or refund.

If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

Mushroom Farm Returns and Refund
We 100% guarantee that our Back To The Roots Mushroom Farm will produce two harvests per kit. If your mushroom kit does not grow, the first course of action is to contact customer support at contact@backtotheroots.com. Our experienced support team will offer troubleshooting advice to help you grow your kit. If customer is still unable to produce mushrooms, the second course of action is Back To The Roots will send a replacement kit free of charge to the customer. We will replace any defective, old, or stubborn mushroom kits with a brand new one.
