My dog enjoyed chewing them up before i could use them in my smoothie so i guess its dog friendly. Im glad it was something she could eat instead of grass i knew it was clean and wouldnt hurt her so overall great product next time ill order two so i can have one

Easy and Delicious!

This first attempt with growing microgreens was just right. The directions were easy and the results were tasty additions to salads, spring rolls and even green smoothies. The size was just right for a single person to get multiple servings without waste. I want to try the tomatoes in a Mason jar next!

So much fun! And delicious too!

My kids and I have been growing our new Back to the Roots purchases and the microgreens were the first to come up! We were so excited! My oldest son even loved how the soil ‘grew’ while he was setting it up after adding water. A great activity to do with the kids AND delicious too! Thanks Back to the Roots!
