Garlic & Dill Yogurt Dip

Our Garlic & Dill Yogurt Dip offers a tangy twist that is high in protein and takes just 5 minutes to prep so you can focus on kickoff and kicking back with your guests!


Prep time: 5 minutes
Serving size: 1 small bowl


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


    1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
    2. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers or pita bread.
    3. Cheer loudly and enjoy!
