This Limited Product Warranty applies to all products purchased from Back to the Roots.
What This Warranty Covers:
Back to the Roots warrants this product to the extent of the original purchase price only, when used according to label directions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or other external causes beyond the control of Back to the Roots.
• Products that have been modified or altered.
• Normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your product is defective and falls within the scope of this warranty, please contact us. To initiate a claim, please provide:
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
• A description of the defect.
• Photographs or videos of the defective product, if applicable.

Our Responsibility:
If Back to the Roots determines that your claim is valid and covered by this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
• Replace the defective product with a new product of equal value.
• Issue a refund for the original purchase price of the product.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Back to the Roots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the product; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the product; (c) any content obtained from the product; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing Law:
This Limited Product Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
